Bootcamp partition gone missing?

I had a 25GB bootcamp partition on my MacBook Pro Retina 256GB. I tried to delete Windows 7 using Bootcamp Assistant and create a '249GB Mac OS X Journaled' partition (if I remember correctly). It gave me an error 'partition could not be restored' and part of my SSD got sucked into a black hole. I want to fix this before I upgrade to Yosemite.
